Frequently asked questions

Why does the app say “No Health Data Yet”?

Usually the app doesn’t have access yet, or Apple Health has no records. The app can’t tell which access you declined, so it can only suggest checking: open Settings > Privacy & Security > Health > fitrospect on your iPhone and turn on the types you want.

If you just switched iPhones, your history may still be syncing from iCloud; the app updates when it arrives. To see what the app does in the meantime, tap Explore Demo Data.

Why can’t I go back to earlier periods?

If you chose to share only recent history when allowing access (for example, the past 30 days), the app can read data only from that date onward, and browsing stops there. To see earlier periods, change it to share all data in Settings > Privacy & Security > Health > fitrospect.

Why are some numbers different from Apple Health?

If you think a number is wrong, please email a screenshot and the date.

Why don’t some workouts have a distance?

Some third-party apps save workouts to Apple Health without a distance. Those workouts aren’t included in total distance, and the retrospective notes how many are missing one.

How do I give my data to an AI?

  1. On the period screen, choose a day, week, month, or year, then tap Export.
  2. Select the data types to include and, if you like, a preset question. Tap Full Text to review the content.
  3. Tap Copy and paste into your AI assistant, or tap Share to save a file or send it to another app.

The app itself has no AI and never sends your data to any service.

What is demo data?

About a year of sample data generated by the app to show what it does. When it’s on, every screen is marked Demo Data and your health data isn’t read. Turn it off in the app’s Settings.

How do I request a refund?

Apple handles App Store purchases and refunds. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
